Our team of product design engineers and manufacturing engineers
has several decades of combined experience manufacturing all
types of products. We can take your "back of the napkin"
concept, samples, or finished designs and get them into production
quickly
Computer Aided Design (CAD)
We use the latest technology, including AutoCAD 2000 and Windows
2000, to design and document our engineering specifications.
3-D modeling is used for tool design, to supplement our in-house
tooling capability.
CNC Tooling
Our in-house tooling shop has several computer-controlled
mills for precision machining of dies and tools. Our trained
machinists and toolmakers work with precision machinery to create
equipment, tools, and dies to meet the most exacting need.
Prototypes
We can build samples and prototypes from your specifications
to allow you to "look and feel" how your concepts will
work.
Product & Process Qualification
Once your concepts are ready for manufacture, we design rigorous
testing protocols to assure your design requirements are met
and that manufacturing processes are capable of producing defect-free
components, devices, and assemblies each time, every time.
Product Design Controls
Our design control processes are based on industry standards, fully
compliant with FDA regulations, and certified to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO
13485:2003 standards. Our system of design reviews insures that the
outputs of the manufacturing processes fully meet our customer's needs.
Product/Process Validations
By performing rigorous validations, we make sure that all
aspects of product performance are met. We use advanced "Six-Sigma"
statistical tools to design, analyze, and improve our manufacturing
processes for improved yields and lower costs.
Technical File/Design dossier compilation
The outputs of our design processes automatically generate
the documentation necessary to create technical files and design
dossiers.
