Bailey Green Partner Holds First Annual Garden Kickoff | Harmac

Our Bailey Green Partner Groundwork Market Garden is holding its first annual Garden Kickoff & Plant Giveaway on Sat., May 29 at their Genesee & Leslie St. farm. They'll be giving away free vegetable and herb seedlings to our neighbors, as well as free gardening gloves, courtesy of Univera Healthcare. Cornell Cooperative Extension and Greater Buffalo Urban Growers will share their expertise on soil safety and pH levels, while The Tool Library will review the shared gardening equipment it offers. Thanks also to Buffalo Common Councilman Mitch Nowakowski for supporting this family-friendly, COVID-safe outdoor event. Come on out & join the fun from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 5/29!
